The sliding self-supporting gate Premium is the most sophisticated version of a sliding gate supported outside the entrance that we have in our offer. The bearing carriages of this self-bearing gate are located out of the entrance, so there is no barrier of passing through that would prevent easy access to your land. Self-supporting gates Premium are equipped with a massive C-shaped profile sized 125 x 100 that is used for gates up to the maximum entrance width of 13 m. These self-supporting gates also have special bearing carriages that are anchored on a concrete base located outside the entrance to the plot. Special front bearing carriage has an integrated gear which is fitted on the drive pinion and the counterpart moves through an integrated plastic comb inside the C profile. Thus, the plastic comb will no longer deteriorate the great impression from your self-supporting gate. We make the aluminium gate frames of aluminium profiles welded with use of the TIG technology. Such welded frames are extremely strong and the joints are entirely invisible. We are joining aluminium panes with the frames exclusively with use of stainless steel screws and rivets mounted in the way at they are not visible. All components of the sliding gate are made of stainless steel or aluminium. All aluminium components (caps, track stoppers, wiring, etc.) are painted with a powder colour of the same colour as the gate or with a different colour. The maximum size of an aluminium self-supporting gate is w 13,000 x h 2,000 mm. We provide a standard guarantee of 5 years for the self-supporting gate.

COLOURS AND SURFACES OF SELF-SUPPORTING GATES
A complex self-supporting gate, including all components is equipped with a quality surface treatment by burning of the Tiger Drylac powder colour. Another option is painting with use of a special technology called Decoral that treats the surface of the profile and all components with a powder colour and the subsequent ink sublimation from the transfer foil in which the painted object is located. The foil is able to transfer decorations, such as wood, granite, marble or other atypical patterns. The basic collection comprises 15 most favourite colours. All of these basic colours are supplied exclusively with the fine-structured surface treatment that is more resistant against damage. Other suppliers offer this surface for a significant surcharge, but as concerns the fences and gates we offer, it is included in the base price. If you want your self-supporting sliding gate to be unique, you may combine the basic colours free of any charge. If you are not satisfied with the collection of basic colours of our self-supporting gates, you may choose any colour from the RAL swatch. We supply these self-supporting gates with an extended delivery deadline (10 weeks) and a surcharge of 10% of the product base price. Your gate will have an extraordinary look thanks to the Decoral technology that allows us to use wood decor, granite, marble and carbon design or other interesting patterns. This technology is much more expensive and therefore, we charge 20% of the product base price for these patterns and the delivery deadline is extended (10 weeks).
MAXIMUM SIZE OF SELF-SUPPORTING GATES
Self-supporting gates in the Exlusive version are designated for both private and commercial use. Thanks to the robust C profile sized 125 x 100 mm and specifically developed massive bearing carriages we may support entrance gates up to the maximum w 13,000 x h 2, 000 mm Standard version of the Premium gate is up to the maximum size of w 6,000 x h 2, 000 mm This big gate is suitable for any family house or commercial entrance.
OPERATION AND DRIVES OF SLIDING GATES
Self-supporting gates Premium are supplied by most of the popular brands and gate drive types. We basically supply drives from the French manufacturer, SOMFY, with a 3-year guarantee. This series of drives for travelling gates is called Elixo and is supplied in sets together with photocells and remote control devices. This type of drive may be operated by means of a switch on the wall, intercom, a remote control device or a smart phone. We also offer Italian drives from an established manufacturer, BFT, that produces high-quality gate drives with large accessories. Finally, our offer includes a “post drive” by the German SOMMER, which is integrated inside the load bearing post of the sliding gate. It concerns a unique technological solution. We supply these drives also in sets together with the controllers and photocells. The guarantee for this drive is 24 months.
CONSTRUCTION READINESS FOR SELF-SUPPORTING GATES
The customer must ensure all building works (entrance space, concrete base and cables for electrical wiring). We prepared simple drawings for you that will help you see what needs to be prepared. In the case that you need help, do not hesitate to contact us.
DELIVERY DEADLINE AND GUARANTEE OF SELF-SUPPORTING GATE
The delivery deadline for the self-supporting gate is 8 weeks. Depending on the design, colour, accessories and special requirements it may be extended. The delivery deadline may affect the current production load and installation capacities (you will be notified of such fact upon consultancy and measuring). The guarantee period provided by the manufacturer is 5 years and applies to the mechanical part of the gate and the surface treatment (the Decoral technology is an exception). Gate drives are supplied with a 3-year guarantee for the SOMFY and 24-month guarantee for the BFT and SOMMER. The guarantee is only applicable provided that the product is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions included in the user manual.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF SELF-SUPPORTING GATES
This version of self-supporting gates is fully maintenance-free and therefore it does not require any special maintenance.
